Frequently Asked Questions 

  • Do you offer finance?

Yes, we work with various finance partners and can tailor to your needs


  • Where are you / can I reach you via public transport ? 

Haywards heath is our nearest train station, we will always be available to collect you and bring you to the showroom


  • Can I use my own number plate?

Yes- You will need your retention certificate and we can have your plates made up.


  • Can I take a test drive?

Yes (we will need to see your drivers licence) 


  • Is the car taxed? 

This is all done with you prior to delivery or when you collect your new vehicle with the DVLA. You will also be refunded any outstanding tax on your part exchange. 

 

  • How do I know if the car has any finance outstanding or previous serious accident damage?

We are strict with our due diligence, all vehicles are HPI clear to make sure there is no category insurance claims, stolen and finance is cleared. 


  • Do you deliver ?

We can offer delivery, we also offer covered transport at an additional cost 


  • Do you offer part exchange trade in facilities? 

Yes- we are happy to have your part exchange, if the vehicle isn’t something that would retail ourselves we have trade partners that we work with to maximise your return. 


  • Do the cars come with a warranty ? 

All vehicles come with a minimum of a comprehensive 6 month nationwide warranty* unless they have any outstanding manufactures warranty. We can also extend the 6 month period at the time of sale.

  • Do you source vehicles ? 

Through our 50 years in the industry we have a vast customer base along with trade partners that allows us to go to work to find you the best examples that might not even be on the market.
